Tyson Elijah Garcia

Tyson Elijah Garcia, 33 of Memphis, TN, passed away suddenly December 28th, 2019.

Tyson was born August 9th, 1986 in Spooner, WI to Ron and Teresa (Trott) Garcia.
Tyson was charismatic and never met a stranger. Tyson had a great love for family. He could light up a room with his smile and was full of energy. His brother Tate, who Tyson sometimes helped out, said he would go home exhausted just watching Tyson. He had a great sense of humor and a quick wit. He had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and unbelievable retention of books he read, which were many.

Tyson is survived by his children, Jazlena Basty of Ladysmith, WI, Evah Garcia of Rice Lake, WI, Elijah Garcia of Gardenia, CA and Ariel Garcia of Memphis, TN; his mother and stepdad, Teresa and Ron Garner of Cordova, TN; two brothers, Titus (Melissa) Garcia of Brooklyn, NY and Tate (Patrryce) Garcia of Spooner, WI;  two sisters, Meghan (Derek) Clinton of Marysville, WA and Ashleigh Garcia of Sacramento, CA; his grandparents, Don (Vicki) Trott of Spooner, WI and Violet Garcia of Modesto, CA; his great grandmother, Evelyn Melton, Shell Lake, WI; nine nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tyson is preceded in death by his dad, Ron Garcia; his uncle, Randy Garcia; his grandfather, Jess Garcia; his great grandfather, Cecil Melton; and his great grandmother, Marcella Trott.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Cornerstone Christian Church in Spooner, where visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of the service.  Interment will follow in Shell Lake Cemetery. 

The pallbearers are Titus Garcia, Tate Garcia, Tad Trott, Jacob Wolf, Amos Melton and Caleb Melton.
