Dolores G. (Lech) Pomykalski

Dolores G. Pomykalski, age 95, of Hayward, WI passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Water’s Edge Care Center in Hayward. 

Dolores was born October 5, 1926 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Stanley and Clara (Slesinski) Lech.  She was raised in Chicago and graduated from St. Joseph High School.  On February 8, 1947, Dolores was joined in marriage to Anthony Pomykalski.  She worked for Continental Casualty Company for many years as a company accountant.  In 1979, Dolores and Anthony moved to their home on Round Lake near Hayward, WI. 

Dolores is survived by her son, Thomas (Rita) Pomykalski of Cross Plains, WI; four grandchildren, Michael Pomykalski, Leah (Andrew) Wiseman, Daniel (Devan) Pomykalski, Emily Pomykalski; two great grandchildren, Alice and Henry; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Anthony; two sisters, Rita Locke, Irene Marszewski; and one brother, Stanley Lech Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Dolores at noon on Friday, May 13, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hayward with Father David Neuschwander officiating.  A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the church.  Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward.
