Kathleen Sue (O'Brien) Emons

 Kathleen Sue Emons, age 62, of Lake Nebagamon, WI passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, MN.  She was born on June 1, 1959 in Highland, WI, the daughter of Al and Martha (Khalar) O'Brien.  She was united in marriage to Larry Vance Emons on February 16, 1997 in Wind Lake, WI.  

She is survived by her beloved husband, Larry Emons of Lake Nebagamon, WI; her children, Amanda (Kerrie) Nuorala of Nottingham, England, William (Melinda) Nuorala of Shell Lake, WI, Stephanie Emons of Raleigh, NC, and Vance (Tracy) Emons of Sussex, WI; her grandchildren, William, Jerod, Kaitlin, Julia, Jenna, Natasha, Madeline, Ciara, and Shailynn; her siblings, Kenneth (Judy) O'Brien of Niles, IL, Patrick (Linda) O'Brien Solon Springs, WI, Michael O'Brien of Columbia, TN, Doug (Elsa) O'Brien of Highland, WI, Tina Blaine of Highland, WI and Debra (Don) Backlund of Superior, WI; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Kathleen is preceded in death by her siblings, Terrance, Daniel and Gerri O'Brien.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at the Solon Springs Funeral Home, 9005 E. Biller Loop in Solon Springs, where visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service.  Rev. Darrell Kyle will officiate.  Interment will be held privately.
